I am a user-centric and strategic product design leader with experience building software-based products from inception through to launch and growth. My speciality is in simplifying complex data to make simple and intuitive user experiences, while strengthening partnerships between cross-functional teams and users alike. My passion is translating Design Thinking into internal processes in the workplace to create Design Operations that increase efficiency and effectiveness of Designers and stakeholders. I have experience building teams and coaching designers through their careers. I have also spent hundreds of hours in interviews and portfolio reviews, set up interview frameworks and hiring processes, and dealt with salary negotiations.
