UX Research Mentor at peoplefirst
I am a mixed-methods user experience researcher with 3+ years of experience, driving product decisions through data and user insight in fintech, e-commerce, compliance, and travel products. In addition, I led the digital accessibility project for a 12M+ MAU SuperApp - defined strategy for making the app accessible to blind and low vision users, managed designers and frontend developers, defined success metrics, established screen reader testing, analytics, and design system specifications. I also co-authored a mentorship program for UX professionals across Central Asia, training practitioners in research methods, research planning, and communicating research findings to stakeholders. Currently pursuing Master's degree at Imperial College London, Dyson School of Design Engineering.
