About Aisha Kareem

Creative Lead at Broadsword Event House

I am a creative leader with design experience in-house and at agencies. I have worked across brand, digital, motion, campaigns and print. I lead my team with purpose and authenticity; instilling bravery to share their brilliant ideas and clarity for them to do their best work. I bring curiosity and empathy to our discussions, our processes and the work we create, and I'm so proud to see my team thriving from that approach.

I started my career through the help and support of a mentor. As I've become more experienced, I would like to pay it forward and share my knowledge from the past decade with anyone that wants to better their career.
