In my role as Director of Hotels Booking, acting as a co-owner of the Hotels OTA (Online Travel Agency) business vertical, I spearhead the strategic, financial, and operational leadership of our Hotels OTA division. My tenure has been marked by substantial growth, customer satisfaction, and significant enhancements in operational efficiency. Key highlights include:
▪️ Strategic Planning: Formulated and executed a robust business development strategy that propelled us to achieve a 35% YOY growth, capturing a larger market share in the competitive online marketplace.

▪️Revenue Management: Implemented innovative pricing and revenue management system, optimizing revenue streams and increasing profitability by 20% YOY

At GoQuo technology and product will always be given first priority along with the end-user experience. GoQuo builds world-class products with the best technology backing them to ensure the exponential growth of the product is not disturbed by Technological roadblocks.  As part of the engineering family at GoQuo, I handle the engineering side of one such innovative product with a lot of interesting technological challenges, making sure the product is developed and delivered efficiently.

GoQuo is an industry-leading company in Airline and travel. Goquo acts as a backbone for Airlines. With 23 Airlines, Goquo holds almost 95% of airlines in Southeast Asia. As a product manager, I am handling some of the strategic products and business intelligence which are being the most revenue generators for the airlines.

As a head of Mobile, I was handling niche part of the platform which is mobile web and mobile apps. Designed and Developed the minimalistic and lightweight applications to bring the faster and best User experience  which increased the number of bookings by 30%. And for the fun fact, designed a prototype remote door unlocking system for the company.

GoCaar in a way gave me exposure to a new platform for Uber-like mobile commerce and IOT platform. Apart from a lot of internal Research and Development projects my responsibilities in gocaar is Handling end to end product development including machine learning, and Hardware development. Been part of the core team, Implemented Scrum agile product management methods and was mentoring the employees.

As a Director of Design, I was heading Brand Building, User Engagement Strategy and UX of our products using the cutting edge technologies.

Being a part of India Product team makes me proud that I'm helping the people to get things done who are the soul and body of India in the language they speak. Our team is having a great time in researching what their need and trying to fulfill it.

I was glad to be a part of Rat Family. The Family kind of work Nature. I loved working here. Multiple talented minds from multiple backgrounds working towards one single goal, being a part of children joyful moments.
