leading the design strategy and execution for the lending vertical as my primary focus. I am responsible for crafting user-centric experiences that drive growth, boost engagement, and align with business goals, all while contributing to MobiKwik’s broader design vision and fostering innovation across the platform.

At Samsung R&D Bangalore, I focused on improving the Bixby chatbot experience for Samsung devices by designing user-friendly interactions that enhanced its functionality and accessibility. I also contributed to key IoT projects, working on the seamless integration to deliver a connected and cohesive user experience. My work aimed at driving innovation and increasing user engagement through thoughtful, impactful design.

I have been part of the growth team to look after app-wide features, UX enhancement to improve the app performance and users engagement.

Worked on help discovering and leveraging customer insights to create a better payment experience, responsible for moderating weekly  in-person, user research and outputs. Have completed several projects: Marketplace - Consumer Web + App, Secure Login and payment for mobile banking, Pay with Paytm - Bus ticket booking, Paytm QR Code - Accept Payment

Designed a Low cost efficient Medical device for Middle ear infections that can be used by doctors in clinical procedures. The project followed the Biodesign process developed by Stanford University to develop the device.

The project titled was ''Ideation of a range of products in Alumina ceramics which have religious, cultural and spiritual significance'' for a website OnlinePrasad.com
