At Chartmetric, I lead product strategy, team leadership, and execution across our suite of music data intelligence tools, serving labels, distributors, and artist teams. My focus is on helping customers make high-leverage decisions: who to sign, where to invest, how to grow. We do this by turning complex, multi-source data into actionable insights to surface the "why" and "so what" behind artist and track performance. This includes developing proprietary metrics, scaling data enrichment pipelines using AI, and driving automation. I work cross-functionally to ensure product investments drive both customer outcomes and company growth, contributing to Chartmetric's revenue expansion from $7M to $12M during my tenure.

At WeWork, I led product strategy and execution for the global Member Web platform, serving over 500,000 customers. My focus was on simplifying day-to-day interactions, booking rooms, managing guests, accessing services, to create a seamless digital experience. By improving discoverability and usability of core and add-on offerings, we enabled upsell opportunities across seats, services, and premium features, aligning member experience with business growth objectives.

At Wayfair, I led product for the Seller Enablement platform, focused on scaling onboarding and engagement for thousands of third-party vendors. I drove the roadmap for a self-service onboarding experience that streamlined how sellers set up their business operations, product catalog, and logistics on the platform. I also led a cross-functional team focused on surfacing actionable insights to sellers, improving visibility into performance and operations. Through close collaboration with UX research and product analytics, I shaped product strategy around early seller engagement and onboarding journeys, directly influencing roadmap priorities and quarterly OKRs.

At PwC, I helped banks and fintech companies modernize their fraud operations and risk decisioning by developing data-driven solutions and rethinking core investigation workflows. I led the design and delivery of automated frameworks to streamline fraud case management, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve response times. I also managed a team of consultants advising a fintech client on data strategy and vendor evaluation to support risk-adjusted growth. This work led to more an optimization of tradeoffs between fraud prevention and customer experience.

At Netflix, I was part of the Content Analytics team, where I built decision-support tools and executive reporting systems to inform content investment and marketing strategy. I designed and launched interactive platforms that helped optimize content release schedules and reduce audience cannibalization, improving efficiency across paid marketing efforts. I also developed a centralized reporting system used by executive leadership, to track performance, cost, and ROI of original content. My work helped embed data-driven thinking into high-stakes content planning and portfolio management across the studio.

I co-founded and led product for Graphiti, a SaaS platform designed to help data teams in large organizations discover, understand, and collaborate on analytical assets at scale. I led a small, agile team of employees and contractors across engineering and design to deliver a 0-to-1 product focused on improving transparency and reuse of data across complex analytics environments.

At Amazon, I built the business intelligence function for the Information Security team from the ground up, establishing a centralized data warehouse, launching automated reporting, and enabling self-service dashboards to support scalable, insight-driven decision-making. I also led the evaluation and adoption of a new data visualization platform, aligning stakeholders across technical and leadership teams to secure long-term investment and accelerate reporting workflows. My work helped shift the organization toward a more data-driven operating model within a high-trust, security-critical environment.
