Leading design for Alexa Shopping experiences, India and collaborate with stakeholders in various geographies. Responsible for the design vision and end to end experience for India.

Responsible for design strategy, and vision for Tracking and Compliance experiences at Global Mile. Worked with a wide spectrum of stakeholders from design and cross functional teams located in various geographies like US, UK, China, Germany, and Japan.

I was promoted in this role and lead design for Amazon Distribution (retail wholesale business), B2B Marketplace India and solving problems for Retailers in India, 3P distribution partners and B2B customers. Involved in strategic decision making and work along with research, product, tech, sales, last mile delivery, operations and marketing teams to design and ship user-centric and well-rounded products. 

Products shipped:

1. FOS App - Designed from scratch, Feet on Street app is at the heart of Amazon Distribution. Sales executives are the face of Amazon Distribution business and hence require specially crafted tools and products that improve their productivity and help them provide excellent service to retailers. Some of the solutions FOS app provides:

• Beat plan management
• On time collection reporting of due payments
• Automatic reconciliation of invoices
• Achieving brand specific targets
• Live sales performance tracking
• Improved overall trust quotient for retailers

2. Partner Central - Designed from scratch, a central location for our partners to monitor their business through various dashboards. Created solutions like:

• Access control
• Beat plan creation
• Invoicing solutions
• Reconciliation of invoices

3. Beat Plan Management - Designed from scratch, sales team leaders can easily create beat plans, handle complex scenarios for sales executives and save time which was earlier lost due to difficult manual processes.

4. Last mile delivery solutions - I work with last mile delivery team to understand the on ground operations and designed the following tools: 

• Single Reconciliation Document - Hassle free management for multi page invoices
• Trip Sheet - Solves controllership issues for service partners by providing a tool which enables partners to reconcile product delivery with delivery associates easily.

5. Loyalty Program - Loyalty program for retailers which increases portfolio mix for Amazon Distribution and benefits retailers as well.

Leading and handling Amazon Distribution (Retail Wholesale India) and B2B marketplace, India use cases.

Worked with the Payments team where I was responsible for improving the adoption of electronic modes of payment and creating experiences that enhance the user experience of Amazon Pay ecosystem.

- Shipped Remote KYC, Amazon was first in the industry to try in-app KYC which reduced the total time spent by customers on KYC by 80%

In charge of new initiative at OLA, and contributed to building a better transportation system for people.

-  In charge of OLA Shuttle Design - designed a daily commute solution from scratch. Shuttle did more than 3 million rides in 2 years and operated in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune before shutting down due to regulatory reasons.

- Responsible for designing end to end experience for OLA Outstation from scratch

- Responsible for designing end to end experience for OLA Share Express from scratch
