At PlasticPlan — A Henkel Venture — we’re building a data platform to collect, evaluate and visualise packaging data and its impact on the environment.

On top of our AI-supported data service we’re providing a human centered interface, empowering enterprises to manage complex packaging data transparently, enable product development teams to make product packaging sustainable — and to become eventually plastic free.

At SDGventure I drive and lead the product design – from discovery to MVP to viable business.

🔸We help companies grow — profitably and sustainably.

🔸We don’t just consult; we embed ourselves within teams as interim leaders in product, tech, and design. Whether it’s scaling a SaaS platform, launching a new venture, or driving sustainability initiatives, we work side-by-side with the people making it happen.

Our focus
✅ Simplifying complexity to help teams move faster and smarter.
✅ Building products that matter — for people, businesses, and the planet.
✅ Driving impact where it counts, cutting through noise to focus on results.

What we do
🔸Venture Building & Growth • Product Strategy, Discovery & Delivery • MVP Development & Scaling
