Sessions with Akshay Sawhney

• Weekly Career Coaching + Unlimited Chat (60 min): For mentees who have worked with me before, this session is designed to provide consistent and intensive engagement into your job search or career coaching efforts. We will also take a broader look at your career aspirations and create a structured approach to aligning with your goals. In addition to weekly meetings, I'll be available to answer questions over chat (max 24-hour turnaround) so that you can continue making progress. This is the session for long-term career success.
• Mock Interview & Whiteboarding session (60 min): Big interview coming up? Sign up for two 60-min sessions where we'll complete a mock interview and a whiteboarding challenge (two mock interviews also ok) to test your interview presence and readiness. You'll receive actionable feedback to help you ace your interview. If requested, sessions can be tailored to focus on the Google Interview process or a specific job description.
• Resume & Portfolio Review (45 min): In these advanced sessions, we'll learn how to improve your resume and portfolio to show that you have the skills, credibility & capabilities that a company is looking for. We'll start the first session by reviewing your existing assets and chatting about your goals and experience. Then I'll put on my hiring manager hat and walk you through what's working and what's holding you back in your resume & portfolio. We'll work on small changes together, and you'll have homework for session two. In session two we'll improve your storytelling and optimize for impact, with the goal of standing out from the competition and landing your ideal job.
