Running effective meetings

Own full lifecycle of technical project delivery for client and internal ventures, spanning pre-sales, scoping, architecture, and execution. Act as the primary technical strategist and system architect across all engagements.

Lead project scoping, technical planning, and proposal development for custom software projects across government, AI, and consumer markets; support sales and client conversion by translating ambiguous needs into clear technical roadmaps.

Designed and implemented a large-scale data intelligence platform for a government affairs marketplace. Built an automated ETL pipeline with Apache Airflow to ingest raw data from 50+ state ethics commissions, applying dbt and LlamaIndex to parse unstructured filings (SEC, LDA, FARA) and map influence networks via Neo4j Bloom and GraphXR.

Pioneered groundbreaking projects for Augmented Reality (AR) Glasses, integrating advanced audio playback, voice search, text entry, and AI/ML prediction functionalities. Using a complex blend of C++ and React Native to create industry-leading AR experiences.

Developed low-level APIs in C++, enhancing the operating system framework of our AR Headset. My work has significantly refined the text entry process, culminating in the design and implementation of a revolutionary AR keyboard. This keyboard, a first in the industry, leverages state-of-the-art computer vision and electromyography (EMG) techniques for intuitive gesture-based interaction.

Owned SOX compliance controls for internal systems, ensuring traceability and audit readiness across deployment workflows

Developed frontend features using Angular and React, improving user interaction and reliability of internal admin tools

Built data warehousing pipelines in Scala, streamlining access to analytics and reporting for compliance and operations
