Experienced teacher of instructional design with 15 years of professional experience in e-learning, product management, and educational technology. Specialize in educational product ownership and have designed successful instructional design courses. Expertise in curriculum development, learning management systems, and digital learning product enhancement.

As Head of Education at EBAC, I helped implement the product ownership model, hire and train the product owners while developing over 140 courses in diverse areas, utilized agile methodologies and product ownership for successful management, and promoted teamwork and departmental learning. My experience in education and management allowed me to effectively meet the needs of our students and industry partners.

As the Product Owner of Digital Course Development at EBAC, I helped develop the course-as-product methodology and became the Head of Education, providing product strategy and marketing insights. With skills in product development, agile methodologies, project management, and cross-functional team leadership, I facilitated successful product launches and market research through creative problem-solving.

As a University Tutor/Instructor, I provided individual and group tutoring in a wide range of subjects, including Software Development, Data Science, Business, and English. Using a Socratic tutoring methodology, I helped students understand complex concepts and develop critical thinking skills. I also provided guidance in preparing for exams and assignments, as well as developing study strategies to improve their overall academic performance.

As a Big Data and Data Sciences Content Producer for Higher Education courses, I researched and developed cutting-edge course content on a variety of topics, including Data Governance, Map Reduce, Distributed Networks and Systems, Fast Data, SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL DBMSs, and a range of technologies like Apache Cassandra, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Mesos, Akka, and more. My focus was on making complex technical concepts accessible and engaging to learners, through clear and concise instructional design, visual aids, and real-world examples. Through my work, I was able to help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a rapidly-evolving field.

As an instructional design consultant for Gerando Falcões, a non-profit incubator, I successfully managed and designed engaging learning experiences using an early-stage LMS. My work supported the learning process of dozens of social leaders in various subjects including Marketing, Leadership, Management, Fundraising, and Legal matters with new and curated content. I leveraged my expertise in coding languages such as HTML, Javascript, and CSS to create compelling online courses that effectively delivered critical information and facilitated meaningful learning outcomes. My contributions to this project enabled Gerando Falcões to scale its incubator programs, improve the quality of its educational resources, and better equip social leaders to drive positive change in their communities.

As a C2 English Teacher at Skyeng, I provided advanced lessons and accent reduction training for Eastern European students.

Key achievements include:

• Successfully developed and delivered customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs and goals.

I also collected feedback from stakeholders and leveraged it to design effective solutions that met their needs and improved overall performance.
