I led end-to-end design teams across various contexts, from large-scale digital transformation to futures thinking workshops. I owned the design workstream, coaching both designers and non-designers to develop their toolkits.

I was a member of the Stanford Crowd Research Collective, a worldwide group of researchers led by Michael Bernstein in Stanford CS

→ Conducted user interviews, performed expert reviews, designed user personas, competitor analysis, and business and process analysis
→ Worked on the design of Daemo, a self-governed crowdsourcing marketplace

Guided over 700 students at DesignLab and Career Foundry, with the majority at DesignLab, specializing in product design, branding, user experience, user interface design, research, and visual design, and provided mentorship for periods ranging from three to twelve months.

Advocated user-centered thinking with the team and facilitated team collaboration. Co-designed and developed TSG’s city-wide curriculum and helped launch City of Big Dreams.

Innospace Lab was a boutique design and innovation consultancy specializing in the creation and strategic evolution of startups, as well as empowering SMEs to leverage cutting-edge technologies from emerging tech giants. With a keen focus on sectors like Social Impact, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Automation, and International Development, Innospace Lab established itself as a catalyst for technological and entrepreneurial growth.

→ Achieved an annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the high six figures and successfully managed a team of 5-10 designers.
→ Founding designer for: Path Intelligent Messaging (Artificial Intelligence), Inquisithealth (PeerStrong), Measured Risk (Cybersecurity), Feature Labs (Machine Learning), and others.
→ Played a pivotal role in defining the design and brand strategy for Bryson DeChambeau’s personal brand and foundation, contributing to his brand recognition and impact.
→ Worked with high-profile clients including the U.S. Department of Commerce, Uber, Facebook, HacksterIO, Johnson & Johnson, LPGA, and the MLB Players Association, delivering innovative solutions that have reshaped their strategies and user experiences.
→ Instrumental in assisting healthcare, cybersecurity, advanced AI, SaaS, financial services companies secure over $75 million in debt and equity financing, spanning from pre-seed to Series B.

→ Developed and directed strategy for the launch of a new product that became the #1 attachment for water based solutions to strategic challenges. Responsible for framing and analyzing evidence-based solutions to strategic challenges.
→ In Mexico, I was responsible for assembling a team for the purpose of designing appropriate attachments to the Robert Marquez Water Filter. Following strict EPA guidelines, the team collected research on effective ways to remove arsenic, fluoride, microbial, and other harmful chemicals from contaminated water throughout the Midwest and Mexico.

→ Managed team of engineering students and professionals.
→ Co-created an improved cooking stove that reduced biomass consumption by 65%.
→ Helped Raise $100,000+ for NGO's through grant writing and fundraising.
→ Conducted internal and external market assessment to identify core capacities, mission alignment, and growth opportunities of local NGO's.
→ Organized and facilitated ongoing interviews aimed at alleviating nuances in the current energy and water sectors focused on capacity building. 
→ In Kenya, I worked in partnership with: Re:Char, ACON, Gabriele Church, Walk Children Center and Jane Adeny Memorial School. I researched and tested devices built for the collection and production of biochar. I worked on installing solar lighting for Jane Adeny Memorial School. I built homes in central Kenya and taught children in the slums. 
→ While working with a local NGO, I targeted off-grid households of varying climate and locale, distributed materials on HIV/AIDS, and conducted surveys on the lighting habits of these families. This data was cataloged and analyzed for the effectiveness of how renewable energy technology interfaces with local culture and the suitability of these technologies for these rural areas.
