Worked as the Team Lead of a student team from The Sheffield University Management School (SUMS). 

As a team leader, I was primarily responsible for project management and communication with The Source’s executive members. 

Followed the 7Cs Management Consultancy Process to provide the necessary solutions for the marketing challenge of The Source. 

Conducted a thorough audit of The Source’s capabilities using the MECE Framework.

Resulted in providing creative and effective recommendations to The Source, such as hiring a marketing manager.

Recommended a hold marketing strategy to grow The Source’s business within the local region and grow their market share significantly.

Executed the project under strict timelines. Resulted in producing high quality results and high levels of satisfaction amongst the executive members of The Source.

Go to member in the team for gamification strategy in Games as a Service products. Designed and managed game-based services products on the PC, Mobile, VR, and cross-platform for both B2C and B2B global markets. Responsibilities ranged across the entire product development lifecycle, project management, as well as customer success, in an Agile environment.

My key responsibilities included the following:
- Led brainstorming sessions and daily stand-ups
- Formulated effective client relationships
- Writing user stories as per requirements aligned with strategy
- A/B tested features with focus groups

Developed Technical Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Notion, Confluence, Trello, Google Suite, MS Office, Miro, Figma, and Unity 3D Game Engine.

Analysed requirements to create game-based product solutions for clients. Have managed content development, ensured its accuracy, and smoothly executed the production pipeline.

Game design internship to work on existing projects in the pipeline and new concepts, alongside the lead game and experience designer at Octane Technologies. The projects will be developed for mobile devices, mostly in the F2P  business model.
