I’m a UX practitioner with 10+ years of experience, my core expertise lies in User experience strategy and research. I've enabled product leaders, designers and development teams to make better business decisions by gaining insight into their users world.
Most recently at Mendix, I created and led an in-house research practice that contributed to product strategy and iterative refinements for a business unit in R&D.
Prior to that, at Final Mile, I applied behavioural science and service design methods to visualise systems and design behaviour change interventions for FMCG, health and ed-tech sector clients.
