I'm currently the engineering lead and founding engineer at Oliva (https://oliva.health), previously leading the critical help center/support module at Kiwi.com, handling millions of requests.
I've managed teams and shipped features being always hands-on, setting architectures and aligning teams, scaled organizations from 0 to 1 user and 1 to thousands of users, and defined career paths and cultures.
Among other achievements, I helped reduce the call to customer support at Kiwi.com by 18%, built a system to treat a rare heart condition in children which was awarded a grant from the NHS, and built Oliva from scratch, now serving thousands of users.
