This 4-part mentorship series is exclusively for those who are serious, deeply committed, and ready to challenge their current workflows. Over our 60-minute weekly sessions, we won't just scratch the surface; we are going to dig into the core mechanics of modern QA. Our Core Agenda: Beyond the Tools: While we will actively use Playwright to write and execute our tests, my goal is to teach you the universal, core knowledge of automation that you can apply anywhere. AI as Your Agent: We are moving past the "AI as a chatbot" phase. I will share strategies on how to orchestrate AI as a dedicated agent within your testing workflows, making you a dramatically more effective engineer. Having an open forum to bounce ideas off each other is going to be incredibly valuable. It gives us that crucial check and balance, along with fresh, outside-the-box perspectives. • [ID Only] Elevate Ur English for Cross Border Opp (60 min): As someone working remotely in a global environment, I know firsthand that English proficiency is the key to unlocking cross-border career opportunities. However, finding a dedicated space to practice speaking with a peer can be incredibly challenging in Indonesia. Recognizing the privilege I had growing up with English-intensive schooling, I want to give back. In this 4-week program, I will act as your brainstorming partner to help you build practical speaking confidence. We will tailor our sessions to exactly what you need—whether that is simulating a global team meeting, mock interviews, or defending a presentation. Important Requirements & Prerequisites: Because this is a free, 4-week commitment (45–60 minutes per week) that utilizes my personal time, I am strictly looking for highly serious mentees. To be accepted, you MUST provide a recent English test result: Either an EF SET (50 or 90-minute version), TOEFL, or IELTS certificate that includes a score breakdown per aspect.
