Alê Garcia is one of the 20 most innovative Black creators in Brazil, according to Forbes, and among the 100 most influential personalities in the Lusophone world, according to Bantumen. A writer, content creator, entrepreneur, speaker, presenter, and advertising professional, he has been a finalist for the Jabuti Prize and winner of the Fundação Biblioteca Nacional Award. Currently, Alê is Sr. Creative Specialist at Nubank, presenter at Omelete, and Director of Special Projects at Mynd.
As the creator of the "Negro da Semana" podcast and host of a YouTube channel focused on black culture, he was selected for the YouPix Creators Boost. In 2021, he launched the "Drive Your Funky Soul" podcast and created the "Potências!" award to honor Black achievers.
With over 18 years of experience, Alê excels in multi-platform communication strategies, content creation, and branding for major brands like Nubank, Disney+, and Coca-Cola. He is a sought-after speaker on Inclusion, Diversity, and Creativity, and has spoken at events including WebSummit and the Spotify for Podcasters Summit.
Alê is also a mentor in the Google Black Creator Program and the author of several books, like "Negros Gigantes." He is Chief Creative Officer of Casablack, content and innovation hub & creative agency.
