🧠 Service designer and facilitator looking to enter the field of Healthcare. I believe design is the bridge between the world we have and the world we want to have and that you can't know your users/clients/stakeholders/collaborators if you don't communicate actively with them. Research is key, as well as alignment and stakeholder management, to bring a project across the line regardless of where the line is. A huge advocate of systemic thinking, co-ideation, and process visualisation.
🌎 Originally from Latin America but I'm currently in my 4th country and learning my 5th language.
