Led 2 cross-functional product teams within an organization of 400 employees at one of Europe’s leading e-commerce companies for professional equipment.

• Improved add-to-cart rate (social proof, trust drivers, delivery time) and increased checkout click-through rate (2-steps checkout, authorisation rates) resulting in up to 20% rise in conversion rates.
• Created and successfully implemented a strategy and a roadmap to increase basket size by 30%, effectively converting single-product buyers into multi-product customers.
• Achieved a 70% increase in bulk orders by implementing volume discounts targeting bulk-buying customers.
• Boosted complementary product sales by 30% through cross-selling initiatives such as bundle builder and complementary carousels, leading to more multi-item orders.

Advised multiple companies on mobile app development, team building, and app architecture.
Company under NDA:
• Hired 6 top iOS and Flutter engineers to meet the company’s needs.

Alter Ego (alter-ego.app):
• Recruited iOS engineers and led an app redesign in under two months.
• Advised on app architecture to improve scalability and performance.

App Studio:
As a part of founding team took 2 apps from idea to launch.
• Hide – Hidden object game;
• Novelclub – Interactive novel reading app;

- Established hiring process and hired 17 engineers.
- Led a team of 25 engineers; mentored and promoted 3 engineers to engineering lead roles.
- Set up a continuous development pipeline for 5 product teams. CI/CD, release trains, incident management, knowledge sharing.
- Tightly participated in the launch of 4 new apps.

- Developed an app from scratch and rapidly prototyped new features such as face swap and reenactment to find product-market fit.
- After finding PMF, scaled app development: scalable app architecture (MVP + coordinators), modularization, CI/CD, automated code linting, developed onboarding docs.

- Designed a white-label app module and client-server protocol for backend-driven flow that allowed us to onboard the leading US pharmaceutical company as our client.
- Decreased project build time by 60% by switching to precompiled libraries.
- Supported a large Objective-C/Swift codebase.

- Led the on-time delivery of 4 projects in the telecom and e-commerce domains.
