- Worked as a part of Product Area (Track) leadership team of 3 Tracks over 4 years, helping to tackle structural, operational and behavioural challenges and supporting maturity of Agile practices
- Developed Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) processes in big Product Area to ensure that 14 teams work seamlessly together to deliver value
- Served as a Scrum Master for 2-3 teams simultaneously, supporting their maturation process improvement and individuals' development (Engineers, Product Managers, QA Specialists, Designers). Guiding teams on their journey to becoming self-managing, high-performance teams.

- Supported the company on it's journey to Agile Transformation in order to achieve outstanding business results
- Worked with cross-functional, cross-component teams making sure they transition from the coders to product developers mindset, focused on delivering value (through close work with product org, customers collaboration and early involvement into initiatives lifecycle)
- Supported the company during the hyper growth (4X)ensuring the culture is preserved (both in terms of company's culture of Learn/Impact/Fun/Empathy as well as engineering and agile culture). That was achieved through well-organised onboarding process (Engineering Bootcamp) that I helped to design and pilot, and also extensive teams coaching and teaching.

- Worked closely with stakeholders clarifying learning needs & business needs to provide world-class learning solutions.
- Created, co-created and delivered multiple soft-skills training programs, including online, offline instructor-led workshops, webinars, online self-paced courses and blended programs. 
- Led the creation and piloting of Train the Trainer Program for Tech Trainers. The program included self-paced online course and a mentoring support for those designing and delivering tech learning
solutions. The program helped to level up the quality of internal tech trainings.
- Organised public speaking coaching support for EPAM SEC conference speakers to ensure high quality of conference talks. Over 2 years the service supported more than 60 speakers on their way to crafting
engaging conference talks.

Developing educational plans for hotel departments. Preparing and delivering training sessions (interaciton with client, client-oriented approach, positive speaking, telephone etiquette, loyalty program, brand orientation, hotel orientation, complain resolution and service recovery, FO operations). Created online directory of Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for several hotel departments. Preparing, reviewing and editing SOPs. Dealing with brand Quality Management systems. Creating and supporting staff motivating programs.
