Reported to the Marketing Director and Co-founder, responsible for restructuring and managing the creative team (6 members). Developed and implemented a new creative workfl ow and project management platform, optimizing efficiency and deliverable quality. Led storytelling development for tournament coverage (League of Legends, Valorant, Esports World Cup). Designed special clothing collections and promotional items (Hydra|Home of Champions|BGS|Collab). Coordinated AI-assisted concept development for mood boards, concept art, apparel, promotional items, and customized office space. Clients: Itaú, Mentos, O Boticário.

Reported to the Marketing Director and CEO, responsible for restructuring and managing the Creation and Photography departments. Led a team of 4 professionals. Developed and coordinated the company’s rebranding. Directed and developed a new visual identity, institutional, promotional, and sponsored audiovisuals, and the visual identity of the documentary “Inside the Rift.” Built storytelling for content, videos, and photography within the Creative department. Created, coordinated, and developed a commemorative emote for League of Legends (Riot Games). Led the coordination and development of esports team uniforms, casual collections, and a special edition line in collaboration with Renner (the largest omni fashion retailer specialized in fashion and lifestyle in Brazil). Clients: BMW, Coca-Cola, JBL, Motorola, Subway, TIM Live, WD Black, Ame, Tinder.

A gaming-focused creative agency specializing in brand engagement. Reported to the Executive Creative Director | Co-founder. Responsible for managing Itaú's creative team and providing creative direction for other teams. Led the creation, storytelling development, coordination, and execution of Itaú’s gaming campaigns, including the launch campaign for Player’s Bank, “What if we create a bank?” (CCSP - shortlist in Integrated / Effie - Gold in Innovative Marketing Solution / Smarties - Bronze in Service Launch) and the Brahmosidade (Brahma beer) campaign in the Metaverse - GTA Online - leading the creation and coordination of a custom-branded bar, multiplayer missions, and in-game assets (Adstars - Shortlist in Interactive). Co-participated in the Itaú “We change the game” case (Effie - shortlist in Social and Content Partnership). Clients: Itaú, ÍON Itaú, Fortnite, LOUD, O Boticário, Druid institutional.

Reported to Creative Directors, ECDs, and Vice Presidents, working across multiple brand tables. Co-created and developed the Volvo Test Drive Takeover activation (Cannes - shortlist in Media / CCSP - Annual and Bronze). Led the creation and development of Gillette’s 360º esports campaign “Preparação Modo On”, including manifesto/commercial fi lm, digital assets, promotions, and activations (Effie - shortlist in Brand Experience). Created, developed, and coordinated Brazil’s fi rst League of Legends reality show, Gillette ULT – R$4.5 million budget, over 50 staff members, more than 400K views – overseeing its launch campaign, sustain strategy, visual identity, and events. Co-created, developed, and coordinated the Gillette Databoards activation (Cannes - shortlist in Media and Outdoor), executed at Florida Cup with a live broadcast. Clients: P&G - Gillette, Gillette Venus, Downy, Pantene, Volvo, Subway, Reclame Aqui, XP Investimentos, Grey institutional.
