About Alessandro Galli

Founder at Vantika Vision Solutions

Hi, I'm Alessandro, or Ale. I help people who want to start something of their own, or who feel stuck deciding what to do next.

I'm a Business and Life Coach since 2015 (NLP certified). In 10+ years I've coached 300+ people, including 50+ founders.

I used to second-guess my decisions a lot, often feeling I'd picked the wrong path, when most of the time I just hadn't stayed with it long enough to find out. I've started several businesses, 2 became consistently profitable, and the others showed me that pattern from the inside.

💡 Good topics for a session

Starting or running your own business: choose a direction, build real foundations before you scale, stay consistent when it gets hard, and decide with logic, not emotion, when to pivot.

Career and life transitions: get clear on what you want next, deal with the uncertainty, and build a plan that makes the change stick.

Focus and decision-making: self-trust, second-guessing, and follow-through under pressure.

How I work: direct and practical. I ask the questions that get past the story you're telling yourself.

One of my clients said: "I thought I was building a business. Actually, the business was building me."

📩 When you book, tell me in 2 or 3 lines where you are and what you want to talk about, so I can come prepared.

Sessions with Alessandro Galli

  • Start Your Business or Get Unstuck (30 min): For people who want to start something of their own, or who already have an early-stage business and feel stuck. Some of the businesses I started worked and some didn't. 2 became consistently profitable. In the others, I often changed direction too early, before I knew if it could work. It's the pattern I see most in the founders I coach: the idea is rarely the problem. How the session works: - First 5 minutes: you tell me where you are. - Next 20 minutes: I ask questions, we find what is going on and choose one direction. - Last 5 minutes: you leave with one decision and one action. Please bring your idea or your current problem, and what you have already tried. Not for: legal, tax or technical help, or fundraising. I've been coaching since 2015. I'm direct and practical, and I ask the questions that get past the story you're telling yourself.
  • Career or Life Change: Find Your Next Step (30 min): For people at a turning point: changing career, changing country, or feeling that what you do no longer fits. I've done it myself. I went from banking and insurance to coaching, and from Switzerland, to England, Italy, Canada, and Bali. What I see most in people going through a change is not a lack of options. They have too many, and they keep going back and forth without choosing. How the session works: - First 5 minutes: you tell me where you are. - Next 20 minutes: I ask questions, we clear up what matters to you and look at your options. - Last 5 minutes: you leave with one decision and one action for this week. Please bring the change you are thinking about, and what is holding you back. I've been coaching since 2015. I'm direct and practical, and I ask the questions that get past the story you're telling yourself.
  • Struggling to Get Things Done? Pick One Focus (30 min): For people who know what they want to do but keep not doing it, or who start many things and finish few. I ran a weekly accountability group for 3 years and I've been coaching since 2015. In my experience, people in this situation already know what to do. What helps is choosing one thing and making it small enough to start. That's what we do in this session. How the session works: - First 5 minutes: you tell me what you want to do and what keeps stopping you. - Next 20 minutes: I ask questions, we find what is behind it and choose one thing to focus on. - Last 5 minutes: you leave with one decision and one action for this week. Please bring one goal or project you keep postponing, and what you have already tried. I'm direct and practical, and I ask the questions that get past the story you're telling yourself.

What mentees say

“Recently, I’ve been struggling with my business idea and personal brand. My discussion with Ale helped me identify gaps in my thinking, especially around the specific problems I’m trying to solve, and motivated me to take bolder action. Definitely not our last session together.”
