I helped defining the next generation of meeting experiences at Microsoft Teams to support the hybrid future of work, crafting innovations that help millions across the globe connect and create together in a virtual environment. 

• I created and managed design in-depth for a complete feature area and solve complex design and research problems in simple and intuitive ways, that bend brand personality, visual motion and sound;
• I created and assessed design solutions based on user research data and user goals;
• I produced design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces;
• I worked closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, editors, engineers and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly;
• I interfaced with design teams across Microsoft to bring unity among our features.

By designing detailed user stories, storyboards, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, I help defining the user experience and the user interface for a new Avast product. My role is to partnering with cross-functional peers, visual designers and leading design projects to create a compelling and highly usable customer experience.

I conducted qualitative and quantitative research, work with multiple stakeholders, translated concepts into user flows, mockups and prototypes to validate business requirements.

• Me@Nestlé: Following an iterative process from lofi to hifi solution, I established the visual direction of the new HR Nestlé platform and prototyped a high fidelity user interface that is easy to use, accessible and consistent with the Nestlé look and feel.
• The Nest: By leading design workshop sessions with Corp. Comm & Branding Team, I established the visual direction of the new Nestlé Intranet and delivered the final prototype thus ensuring consistency with Nestlé IT internal products.
• IT Service Portal: By working closely with PMs and market business stakeholders, I carried out a formative research on how to customize the IT service portal based on regional user needs.

I applied UX principles, conducted UX research, engaged customers, worked with stakeholders to design new UX prototypes and create lo-fi & hi-fi solutions aimed at boosting the overall communication strategy.

• EasyFly: Following extensive UX research, I designed a new airline web app aimed at delivering a smooth and fast booking service while providing travel opportunities and great sources of inspiration. 
• Asos: This project aimed at conducting UX analysis of the current Asos mobile application, understanding users’ needs, problems, goals in order to produce a new redesigned native e-commerce platform.
• Alibaba: By conducting a comparative UX research with Amazon, I am redesigning the Alibaba website to speeding up the purchase process and advancing communication between sellers and customers.
• Sisal: By applying a design sprint process in 24h, I conducted a UX research on sport betting aimed at delivering design improvements concerning information architecture and UI features.

I translated brand vision, values and beliefs into solid UX/UI design deliverables with the aim of providing better users’ experiences, serving business goals and promoting a coordinated corporate branding.

• By delivering effective UX solutions, I was able to increase social media coverage, product and the website conversion rate by 200% thus raising users engagement and business opportunities.
• After conducting usability testing, in-depth interviews and competitive benchmarking, I completely redesigned multiple services online platforms with the aim of increasing brand recognition.

By actively taking part in the main business development stages, I was responsible for delivering better online and offline users’ experiences and providing new marketing strategies.

• I designed a new web platform ‘Itaca in Europe’ based on the behavior and goals of the end users. As a result, we were able to deliver new projects and dramatically increase our market revenue.
• I was part of the design team responsible for conducting usability testing and launching on the market a new cross-border TV assisted living solution aimed at enhancing wellbeing in the elderly.

I was responsible for launching news regional projects aimed at promoting women’s empowerment in the job market. I worked on leading several UX workshops and building new partnerships.

• I conducted in-depth interviews and surveys with women labour associations and entrepreneurs in order to map user’s needs and goals thus creating new collaborations and working opportunities.

I was part of the multidisciplinary team responsible for carrying out research on human trafficking. My work focused on delivering smart data solutions for work simplification and better business performance.

• Following multiple observational tests, I designed an ease to use database, accessible by all team members resulting in improved work productivity and data management.
