UX Researcher partnering with various product and design teams across Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE. Working on a high-profile merger for two financial service leaders, with an emphasis on generative research. As of the end of Q3 2022, I have worked with 12 different teams on 12+ projects. 

⦁ Chosen to build out information architecture and page content for the for Morgan Stanley and 
E*TRADE unified site. Methods include moderated in-depth sessions and quantitative usability 
tests, card sorts, and tree tests. 
⦁ Lead usability + concept testing with internal and external tools, working with both Financial 
Advisors and Morgan Stanley + E*TRADE clients 
⦁ Collaborate closely with different product teams to quickly understand their research needs, 
generate and execute a research plan, and provide user-focused recommendations 
⦁ Guide UX designers through running their own independent studies, educating them about 
methods and analysis 
⦁ Responsible for curating the UXR weekly newsletter sent to engage the firm with the team’s 
current projects + insights and demonstrate impact 
⦁Experience working in a high-security corporate environment with a focus on minimizing risk to 
users' information and finances

Helping conduct research related to chatbot preferences. The goal of this role is to uncover how to create a seamless experience for healthcare providers and patients who need to share and gather information quickly in the new digital age. 

⦁ Lead qualitative research in mixed-methods approach to understanding product pain points and user experiences related to information gathering in the healthcare space.
⦁ Conducted interviews to uncover user needs related to gathering information via chatbot interactions
⦁ Established coding system + summarized findings for quantitative and qualitative portions
⦁ Helped with survey building + analysis in Qualtrics and REDCap
⦁ Performing frequent data quality checks on Mturk data- introducing methods to ensure data accuracy.

Establishing researcher for UXR program at healthcare tech start-up. Generative work at a rapid pace.  In the course of one year, I planned and executed over 80 interviews and 37 usability campaigns, driving new features and necessary product improvements for B2B and B2C users.

⦁ Established the UXR process for 5 product teams and the entire 200+ person company during a 
time of extensive growth (website with 1,000,000+ users). This includes establishing a repository, 
creating personas for clinic users, creating team documents + processes 
⦁ Served as lead researcher for product and CFTs focusing on clinic (organizational) services + needs. Helping give voice to clients who make up 50% of ARR 
⦁ Worked closely with UX Design + Product Managers to focus on problem-solving + feature 
prioritization in an emerging and developing tech space 
⦁ Spearheaded beta/pilot analysis for new clinic features, closely collaborating with product and 
design leaders 
⦁ Creating user personas + journeymaps to help different teams, including marketing, development, and accessibility 
⦁ Extensive work on chatbot functionality and quantitative usability measures

⦁ Attended classes in Rapid-Turn Around Qualitative Research, Implementation Research: Methods to Improve Policy and Practice, and Mixed Methods: Bridging Qualitative and Quantitative Methods and Results with Alison Hamilton and Sally Thorne.
