In undergrad I was working towards a grad program and career in therapy where I was introduced to Human Factors psychology & research! I did research in the aviation in grad school in conjunction with NASA looking into how automation effects air traffic management. After grad school I worked with the United States Air Force working with test pilots to make sure that new technologies meet human factors standards & can be used effectively. I moved into the private sector with a move to working at Google on Android Auto which was a great experience that merged my human factors & safety training while giving me a great introduction to UX research, design, & building products. I've been working at Chime for the past couple years working to bring financial peace of mind to those who have been underserved by the financial industry. It's been so rewarding & I'm looking forward to sharing some of my experience & learning with others!
