Set up an outbound sales process, built and lead a sales team and built a CRM from scratch. Managed to meet with 80 companies (matching the ideal customer profile) in under 2 months. Started delivering high ROI influencer marketing campaigns for some of them.

nPloy is a job matching platform that radically simplifies and improves all stages of the hiring processes for both employers and candidates.

𝗔𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 provides the Bulgarian youth with opportunities for leadership development in challenging environments. We do that by organizing and delivering international exchange programs and local initiatives, partnering with local small, medium and large enterprises.

My term was during the first COVID-19 year, during which we had 5 international exchanges, managed to retain membership (+80%) and organized a 300-people event called Levcheto (levcheto.bg).

For a one-year period, we successfully established 15 partnerships and hired 20 internationals. (90% satisfaction rate for both stakeholders). I was responsible for the start-to-finish of the entire program, including full sales cycle, project & product management, as well as leading 2 teams.
