As an up-and-coming leader in the content design space, I'm actively helping Exelon grow our content design presence, establish best practices for the company, and build the team from the ground up. I have experience with entering the UX and content design space from a journalism (and then content marketing) background; establishing a content design presence within a large, enterprise team; content and UX user research and usability testing; and effectively collaborating with UX/UI designers, product teams, developers, etc. I'm excited to share this knowledge with other UX and content designers!
