VP of Design at Vanilla

Hi, I'm Alex Pines, a design leader and founding member of Vanilla, a VC-backed FinTech company. With over 15 years of expertise in graphic and interactive design, I serve as the Head of Design at Vanilla, where I lead a talented team dedicated to simplifying complex financial processes through thoughtful design. My background in graphic and interactive design allows me to bridge the gap between creativity and technology seamlessly. Additionally, drawing from my experience as a former professor in design, I am passionate about modernizing design education to reflect contemporary practices and prepare designers for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.
