I have dual expertise as an individual contributor and a design leader, and I know how to follow this path well. The majority of my experience is in SaaS, FinTech and complex systems.

• General Mentorship (Free session) (30 min): Join me for a one-on-one mentorship session where we'll explore your goals and challenges as a product designer. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced designer, this session is tailored to provide guidance and insights to help you thrive in your design journey.
• From Mid to Senior Product Designer (60 min): These sessions are designed to unblock you in the growth from mid-level product, UX, UX/UI designer to senior-level. I'll help you to understand your path to boost your skills on a new level and make tangible steps forward. These sessions will not instantly make you a senior designer, but they will push you in the right direction.
• Advanced Interview Preparation (60 min): This block of sessions includes full guidance and preparation for the product design interviews with detailed feedback. 1. Recruiters interview . Learn how to make the first match. 2. Hiring manager interview. Define responses to showcase your skills and align with leadership expectations. 3. Portfolio presentation . Craft a memorable narrative. 4. Whiteboard Challenge. Sharpen problem-solving skills and refine your design process. 5. Design Crit session. Showcase your product thinking. 6. Cultural Fit interview. Prepare for team dynamics and company values.
• Deep-Dive into your Portfolio (60 min): This 60-minute session is designed to walk through your product design portfolio in detail. We don't need to rush to have enough time to cover everything, and as a mentee, you'll receive session notes as a Notion page with the recording and detailed feedback and the next step you should take to move your portfolio to a new level.
• Your Personal Growth Map (60 min): In these sessions, I’ll help you understand your product design skills in 2 main groups: Hard and Soft skills. We’ll be building a visual map of your skills level and how to improve the skills you need right now for your career goal. There are 8 sessions designed to evaluate your skills and create a growth plan for them. As a result, you’ll have a tangible Growth Map as a digital file and the vector of your skills development.
• Rebrand Your Portfolio (60 min): If you feel that your portfolio doesn't work and you don't know how to rethink it completely or start it from scratch, these advanced sessions may help you. This recurring block of sessions includes a basic portfolio review and a detailed plan to rethink and redesign it. We'll meet every week for the entire month to redesign and significantly improve your portfolio. What to expect: - Evaluation of your design dreams to understand what your portfolio should look like; - Detailed review of the structure and texts in your portfolio; - Clear weekly plan on the improvements with home tasks; - 4 one-hour sessions to track the progress; - Everyday communication with a mentor via messenger to answer all questions; As a result, you can redesign your portfolio according to your level and skillset, depending on what you're looking for in the market.
