Hello, nice to meet you! Throughout my career I’ve always been fascinated by the way human-beings behave and engage in this world, which is what has driven my love of customer experience and designing solutions that meet true need.
From starting in research and strategic design, through to product management, my greatest strengths are in solving complex problems with human- centric methodologies. I currently work at a product design agency called Free Association. I have the pleasure of working alongside a team of brilliant design practitioners where I tend to lead the discovery, ideation and testing phases, in addition to fostering the client partnership.
Some background info about me: I was raised in Thailand, Hong Kong, Sydney and England My heritage is British-Australian I've lived in the USA since 2017 (New York & Miami)
