I coached 3 Startups in the Future Health Accelerator in Lean Product Discovery and Delivery habits to work quickly toward Product Market Fit.

As a Product Coach, I coached over 20+ in Cross-Functional Product Discovery, Value Speaking, and Stakeholder Management. In Product Clinic and Workshops, I taught PMs working with Lean Canvases and supported them in iterating on their own once.

Candis is an intuitive software for invoice management. We supported the Head of Product as Interim Product Manager by developing the Credit Card offering further. This included working closely with the Credit Card partner and the existing customers to nail done the Product Market Fit.

We do all the hands-on and unglamorous work of a Product Manager/Owner on an Interim basis (3-12 months). We can also make pretty decks but prefer to deliver outcomes. We give back to our community of 5.5k+ Product Managers through weekly events and knowledge-sharing.

Some people refer to this as "Freelance." We're a GmbH, and our people are full-time employees. So our clients are protected from the liability of working with freelancers while getting the benefit of having the same contact person.

Blinkist is an incredible App with an incredibly great team behind it. While working for Blinkist as Interim Senior Product Manager I supported a Product Trio with Continuous Discovery, developing research activities, and increasing confidence in solutions while validating assumptions. The strong collaboration not only involved the engineering team and designer but also CRM and BI. 
During my 6 months at Blinkist, we were able to discover and develop two strong initiatives to drive user engagement and ultimately the product's NorthStar.

I was working closely with WHO stakeholders and external developers to discover, design, refine and develop new functionalities on the Partners Platform (COVID19 and Measles vaccination rollout).

Transforming the organization from a mattress company into a company that addresses the human need for sleep holistically required new ideas and ways of thinking. With a team of highly talented people, we worked on innovative mattresses powered by IoT and ML. The goal was to learn how open the market is for high-quality and highly adaptive mattresses and if Emma can handle the high complexity of the tech stack.

During my time at nebenan.de, my responsibility was to guide and coach three Product Managers, one UX Designer, and one CRM Manager. This was a very exciting and educational phase that I will miss a lot. All three PMs had different Skill levels which brought the awesome challenge to develop a specific development path for each of them.
Working on the Product Strategy in collaboration with my Product Managers and Stakeholders was one of the great efforts I deeply enjoyed. I conducted Product Visions and Principles workshops for our two main products to bring the teams on board and create a shared understanding.
Another aspect of my work was building relationships with key stakeholders in the company and providing clear communication about the holistic roadmap. Tools to achieve this, where the OKR framework, regular Pitch sessions, Demo sessions, and updates in the company-wide All-hands meetings.

At HeyJobs, an established and well-known company in the field of Jobs marketing, the B2B Recruiter Platform team and I worked on seamless user flows to enable recruiters to manage their jobs and screen applications.

Additionally, I support internal Stakeholders such as Customer Success and Account Management in providing education and marketing content to release new features and improvements to our users efficiently and solve operational issues within our Recruiter Portal and Backend.

At Klara, a health care communication platform, the development team in Berlin and I successfully migrated the legacy data model to a new one, which supports future EHR integration in the health care sector.

Within 4 months we developed and shipped two major EHR integrations with https://www.nextech.com and https://www.athenahealth.com using the HL7/FHIR Cloud API.

Together with my co-founder, we build the company WeSource UG from scratch:
- applied successfully for the German Gründerzuschuss to receive 35.000€ in total as start investment
- built the wesource.io MVP in 4 weeks based on customer interviews in an agile process
- applied successfully to the TheFamily acceleration program to get valuable business feedback and contacts and receive perks such as AWS credits to save hosting costs
- sold the service to customers like Deutsche Post, 1&1, Deutsche Bahn, Raisin, headhunting agencies, and more

As the CTO I developed and released the wesource.io application in a fast and cost-efficient way using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and jQuery. While getting more and more customers I transferred our application from Heroku to AWS EC2 using Dokku. With this transfer, we were able to save 80% of hosting costs and were additionally more flexible in scaling the application. I also built an internal lead generation tool to scale the email outreach to 400 targeted leads per month.

HeyJobs was created during the successful pivot from the Memorado company. During an idea generation process, the idea for a product which gives job seekers the opportunity to apply more easily to jobs offers was born.
During 12 weeks we developed the MVP, using Xamarin as the cross-platform solution, and the backend. The product development process developed in Memorado helped to achieve this milestone. During the next month, I also took over the TPM responsibility for the Backend project. On a weekly basis, the team and I integrated new job platforms to spread the job offers of our customers (30 in the end including Indeed, eBay classified, Jobbörse), improved the speed of our operations team with new internal tools and served new API endpoints to improve the web interface.

After taking over the Project Management of three teams (Backend, iOS, Android), the teams became quickly successful with agile techniques which resulted in quicker and more qualitative releases. In collaboration with the stakeholders (Management and PMs), we defined the roadmaps and were able to plan bigger Epics more accurately. As the owner of the QA and release process for the Android and iOS apps, the team and I reduced the amount of rejected apps submissions by Apple and Livebugs significantly. 
Additionally, I managed the Jira Cloud, GitHub, App Store Accounts, CI, and other development-related tools.

In a team of three, I worked on 25+ brain gaming games based on Actionscript 3 and MVCExpress and on the core project. We were able to grow the number of paying users massively. With the belief of our investors, we raised 3.3M in Series A.
With my passion to learn new languages and tech, I started to develop the native Android Mobile Application from scratch.

The Client integration as a new team I built up which was responsible for:
- Setting up a Continuous Integration and Deployment System (Jenkins)
- Developing the Build-Process of the AS3 Client (Maven, Ant)
- Setting up the Log and Monitoring Analysis (Splunk)
- Setting up the Software Quality Analysis (Sonar, FlexPMD)

I was responsible for the coordination between the classic web game projects. To achieve this I developed multidisciplinary processes, promoted knowledge sharing, conducted code reviews and workshops, identified technical problems, and solved them in the team.

As the leading developer, we developed and delivered several game projects on time which helped the company to grow from 20 employees to one of Germany's biggest game companies. These game projects were Goodgame Galaxy, Goodgame Mafia, Goodgame Gangster, Goodgame Hercules, and Goodgame Heroes (Bachelors's Degree practical task).

During the development, I had the personnel and technical responsibility for the Client Development Team and was in permanent exchange with Project Management and Product Management.
