Supporting and collaborating with the Product Engineering group, its leaders, and individuals. Currently supporting, Mobile, cross-functional engineering teams, and QA teams. Together with the tech leadership team, I solve organizational problems for teams and people.

I've joined this wonderful project to follow my passion for coaching and mentoring. I would be happy and glad to be of help to anyone that is interested in growing, learning, and introspecting (I'm more or less the rubber duck :) ). I worked alongside a great technical team of Fullstack developers to build and disrupt the real estate market in Berlin. 

Our apps were hosted in AWS using serverless framework and AWS serverless services such as Dynamodb, AWS Lambdas, Elastic beanstalk, Elastic search, Codepipeline (migrated later to Gh actions), and Code build. For monitoring and synthetic events, we used Datadog and sentry. 

My responsibilities changed over the years, moving from being a manager with individual contributor responsibilities to a full hands-off manager at the end. My responsibilities were:

•  Perform code reviews
•  Mentor junior engineers
•  Frontend development in multiple projects within the group.
•  Technical decisions and guidance.
•  Product leadership and road mapping together with the product team.
•  Technical meetings and alignment
•  Nearshoring management with great collaborators from nearby countries.
•  Technical recruitment and recruitment pipeline management together with the recruitment team.

• Implementing new functionality and features on the Auto1 platform for merchants.
• We were using lerna to manage the packages within a monolithic architecture.
• We have a nodejs proxy that was in charge of managing authentication, authorization, proxying, and connecting to our Java microservices.
• We used styled-components, and we had our own improvised components library within the monolith, which was helpful in creating alignment and maintaining consistency in our design system. 
• Conducting technical interviews and being involved in the whole process of hiring new senior engineers.
• Participated in the creation of a scalable recruitment process.

Tech stack: React, Redux, ES6/ES7

• We worked on creating internal solutions for the privilege club, which is a famous world tourism club for subscribers.
• The modules were for our important internal departments such as contracts, reservations, accounting, and more. 
• We had a lightweight micro-service architecture using micro, and ansible for provisioning and docker for containerization. 
• We used several digital ocean droplets for each development environment(QA, Staging, Prod) and used git workflow as our branching strategy. 
• The microservices were part of a monolith in which they were referenced as independent packages, could be run independently and were also containerized using docker.
• These microservices were connected to multiple DB envs, which served the purpose of read and write dbs, which was a downside, but due to the % of usage and the # of users, there were no imminent problems.
• We used nodejs, sequelize as ORM and RDBMS PostgreSQL deployed into their separate droplets in digital ocean. 
• Planning together with the scrum master, team management, project division, and time management.

• Stack: React, Redux, Nodejs, Graphql, Sequelize, Mysql, Ansible, Jira, Bitbucket.

• Contributed to software engineering expertise in developing products from requirements definition through successful deployment. 
• The built product was used internally by members of the technical staff and some financial institutions users. 
• We started the migration from ASP.net systems utilizing ADO.net and Telerik components to an MVC pattern architecture, Angularjs, and LinQ. 
• Fixed bugs and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the right functionality of the products. 
• We used the MVC pattern, in which we started using Razor and then migrated to AngularJS version 1.2.
