I have been integrated into the Lyse Design System team:

Form - Lyse’s Design System V1.0:
- Enhancing the UI Kit's end-user experience by refining components and ensuring accessibility standards.
- Writing comprehensive documentation to support design consistency and facilitate onboarding.
- Conducting thorough component testing to ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness.
- Developing an adoption strategy that led to a 71% increase in user adoption between November and March 2024. This strategy included establishing feedback loops, defining a contribution process, and engaging with key stakeholders.

In parallel, we were working on Form V2.0, aiming to improve scalability and elevate the visual and interactive experience:
- Collaborating closely with the branding team to ensure alignment with the overall brand identity and visual language.
- Designing a robust variables architecture, including naming conventions, interaction logic, and scalable token structures, to ensure consistency and ease of maintenance.
- Creating new components and updating existing ones to align with the latest design trends and user needs.
- Writing and organizing detailed documentation using ZeroHeight to streamline communication between design and development teams.
- Leading design reviews and workshops to gather input from cross-functional teams, ensuring that the design system meets the needs of both designers and developers.
- Implementing version control and release management processes to manage updates and maintain the integrity of the design system.

With our strong team, we created applications for start-ups and more. 

For nearly 2y, I had to clarify the needs of customers with strong solution proposals. I try to make the user experience pleasant and easy, yes yes for real « easy ».

In direct link with the startups founders, dev, pm and business manager we did make sure that the UI and UX is understandable to everyone and that we collaborate hand in hand to make their project come alive! 🎉

I was leading our websites.  Closely with graphic designers, UI designers, illustrators developers, and QA, we are working to make our branding stronger and coherent.

My main focus:
- Help UI designer to create our new pages (site-map, low-fi, prototyping, etc)
- Make sure our design are front-end friendly. 
- Check and push design delivery, define steps and deadline, support designer during the process
- Make sure our Trello board is clean, follow designers evolution and productivity. 
- Empowering humans (hopefully I did it right!)
- Feedbacks exchanges (personal vs professional)
- Work with motion designer to improve our branding voice
- Improve design process with others team lead (designers and devs)
- Pick up the good designer, for the good project. I wanted them to enjoy the task, learn and collaborate. 
- QA assistance, reply and update the design as needed.

Create a system design:

- Components audit
- Migration Sketch app to Figma 
- Creation of new components (auto-layout)
- Communicate and collaborate with devs (components construction, tokens system, etc)
- Collaborate with designers and timeline

Deriv.com is recently born. Little brother of Binary.com, a multi-award trading website with 20 years of experience, Deriv.com make trading world accessible and enjoyable for newby and advanced traders.

My main focus was our design system:
- find different way to make our components easy to use
- speak with front-end about them tools to adapt our process.
-  imagine how our system could evolute in close and far futur. 

General mission: 
- UI kits creation for all our platforms with Atomic Design system. 
- Rethinking of our components utilization through Abstract libraries.
- Improve consistency across our website and platforms.
- Meeting with front-end with improvement of our feedbacks process between and inside teams. 
- Colours (dark and light mode), UI statement, typography, spacing details, etc. 
- UI style guideline (structure, statement, variation, usage detail).

Software: Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, ADOBE (Ps, In, Lr, Ae), Balsamiq, abstract & Miro.

Taking pictures has always been a passion, and sharing them for free helps businesses make me very happy. So since 2017, I have been contributing to Unsplash and I am proudly one of the 500 most downloaded contributors ever (out of 210,000+).

Some milestones:
- 250M views (June 2022)
- 1M downloads (July 2021)
- 50+ Photos featured (out of 100 photos in total)
- 12.7M views on October 2019

Smartbox Group is an e-retail company about gifts voucher. 7 brands are actually beside this company in all Europe. The website represents a big part of the market. 

Graphic design tasks:
- Newsletters design: promotion, welcoming pack.
- Gifs for Christmas and advent calendar, storytelling.
- Banners & widgets: annual events, new collection, collaborations (Amazon, FunRadio), affiliations.
- Icons & sticker.
- Website & mobile mockup: "How it works page", collaboration (Fun Radio), new header design.
- Prints: promotion.
 
UI/UX assistance tasks: 
- Sitemap, user flow (website & e-mail campaign)
- Website optimization 
- Atomic design repertoire and guideline
- Onboarding for the app, etc.

Collaboration with REM team:
- Campaign for Christmas, Black Fridays, Reyes, etc. 
For an unusual event (as Reyes, because I didn't know this Spanish event), I was looking online AND speaking with Spanish people for my team to understand what they're doing, the mains symbol, what they're doing, etc. Like that, I'm sure to target the population needed.
- Team newsletter projects (6 e-mails about our team, which products we like and why), I did portrait picture, newsletter template adapted to the state and brands. The French one cannot be as the Danish one, two cultures, two brands, two focus.
- Welcoming pack for Smartbox, La Vida Es Bella and Dakota: around 20 different emails with different target and branding.

Collaboration with content team:
- La Vidas Es Bella Website was too far from the retail style, with the content team we did new homepage design for banners and widgets. We used the same vectorial style and image for website, coffret and newsletters. 
- New page about collaboration: Fun radio, Amazon, etc.
