I have been leading B2B UX projects and mentoring early-stage colleagues.

I worked as senior UX designer, leading the checkout in all EMEA markets for B2C. I worked in all stages of the design process, as well as with cross-disciplinary teams in an international environment.

I worked at the Serviceability program as UX Designer consultant.
The program aims to apply the Ericsson Design System in 5G hardware services interfaces, therefore developing a consistent experience.
I created and developed web services for B2B for clients such as Vodafone UK and Telenor, with programmers, user experience researchers, as well as software engineers.
My primary work consisted to apply design thinking along the user journeys and improve the overall customer experience, considering user needs and the strategic values of the company. I developed UI flows, wireframes, digital Prototypes with local and remote teams, plus iterate according to costumer feedback and related stakeholders.

I worked on a range of connected products in major appliances – Fabric care, Dish care, Food preparation and small appliances – home comfort for AEG, Electrolux and SHARP brands. The ambition was to create products within an ecosystem that makes it simple, seamless orchestration and safe for consumers to connect their appliances.

My tasks included such activities as:
–  Generating user interface requirements documents, cross-platform (product UI + mobile App alignment)
–  Creating UI flows and behaviors (product UI + mobile App)
–  Creating Wireframing (mobile App)
–  Contributing in ideation and co-creative sessions
–  Developing future UX design concept scenarios based on stakeholders’ insights and customer needs, as well as drivers and trends (trend analysis) with local and international colleagues.
– Participating in usability tests as Interaction Designer

My master thesis project was integrated in SID research project:
SID – Sensuousness, Interaction and Participation,
is a project at Certec in cooperation with Furuboda Competence Center and FUB.The SID project is about Snoezelen. Snoezelen is a method based on the use of a multisensory experience room designed to awaken children's interests. The Snoezelen room arouses curiosity, the urge to try and act, and to communicate; but it also can offer a haven of calm and relaxation.

My master thesis presents how the research through design approach contributed to drive the exploration on design for emotional well-being on cognitively impaired children, who have visual and memory disabilities.
A user understanding was gained through iterative process between research and practice. The tactile investigation and the responsible coupling between the physical and the computational materials are a key strategy to evoke positive emotions.
The motivation is to define appropriate emotional effects through the combination of the physical and computational materials and gather relevant user information, using video to reflect on the initial designs, to envision how these emotional effects can be achieved. Subsequently, it will support to design qualities in the interaction that evoke intended emotions among children and pedagogues.
The outcomes are the tangible designs, the emotions' evaluation and a compilation of written and visual annotations that describe the knowledge gathered from the design thinking of the research through design methodology applied along the project activity. Additionally, the findings obtained from the knowledge, grounded by the iterative process, can be viewed as an attempt to encourage designers and researchers to consider the emotional well-being topic that has gaining a steady interest in the design community.
