Hi! I’m Sasha and I have 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS in Product and Revenue roles. I’ve led large cross functional teams of product managers, product designers, product evangelists and partnerships managers, and I had the pleasure of building the product evangelist team from scratch. I have designed multiple training courses for the companies I’ve worked for and led countless workshops to help product and revenue colleagues advance their skills. I really enjoy working with people and having opportunities to collaborate and brainstorm together!
What I can help you with: building a product strategy from scratch setting up / revamping roadmapping processes, customer feedback collection process and other product management staples introducing a product evangelist team figuring out how to work with sales and what they care about, when you are a product leader, and the other way around - figuring out how to work with product effectively when you are in sales. I’ve done both hands on and it’s a bit of a superpower to be equally comfortable in both worlds :)
