Hi, I’m Alexandre Santos, and I have over a decade of experience creating user-centred digital experiences, with a strong focus on accessibility, UX/UI, and front-end development. As Head of Development at Mediaweb, I work primarily with low-code platforms—especially OutSystems—combining strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build intuitive, inclusive interfaces that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Throughout my career, I’ve balanced hands-on delivery with continuous learning, deepening my skills in React.js and Vue.js and staying close to the evolution of web accessibility best practices. I’ve been an OutSystems Champion since 2021, and I actively contribute to the ecosystem—advocating for accessibility as a core part of technical quality and user experience.
Beyond project work, I support and upskill teams, review technical content, and share knowledge. I believe digital accessibility is a shared responsibility and a key driver of fairer, more effective, and more sustainable products—something I also reflect through community involvement outside my day-to-day role.
