Investing in companies from seed to growth

Helping an already stellar team of Product Designers, Researchers, and Product Writers, and Creator Managers continue to grow in our San Francisco, Seattle, New York and Toronto offices. We're hiring at all levels — reach out :).

I spent 3 years at VSCO helping to build an incredible team of engineers, marketers, designers, and business experts. I started off hiring for roles across all teams and departments, and moved into a management position, leading our recruiting efforts across the organizations and partnering with leadership on cultural initiatives (core values, trainings, events). Highlights for me — building our Product Design and Marketing teams from the ground up, and watching those teams do really great stuff.

After several months of recruiting for technical roles on assignment with our clients, I moved into an internal role bringing fresh, talented recruiters into the Binc organization. I also worked closely with the executive team and leadership on cultural initiatives and core values.

Binc is an exclusive hybrid recruiting startup that is dedicated to scaling fast-growing technology companies. Merging the technical and personal, Binc’s core revolves around its people--employees, candidates, & clients--and connecting them with the right opportunities & fulfilling their vision. I was part of the technical recruiting team, and was assigned to onsite recruiting projects with our high-growth startup clients. Technical Recruiting Projects Included Premise Data Corporation (June 2014 - September 2014) and Tango.me (March 2014 - June 2014).

In my second role at Capital Group, I managed our university recruiting and internship programs for our Accounting Department. I maintained onsite and online relationships with a number of universities across the US, and led the entire hiring process for full time Early Career hires and interns, including managing all interviews, events, career fairs, and calibration sessions. I was also tasked with managing the onboarding and offboarding of our interns, planning and executing events throughout their summers, and managing the final offer processes.

I started my career in Recruiting with Capital Group as a coordinator for our Accounting, Finance, and IT departments. I worked with several recruiters scheduling a high volume of interviews, managing onsites, running background checks, completing reference calls, and assisting with offers. I also worked closely with my Talent colleagues on improving processes and documentation across the org.
