About Alice Rose Yeates
Lead Designer at Kaluza
I'm currently a Lead Designer for a Billing Platform in the GreenTech/Energy Sector, where I've been for the past 4-5 years. The Energy sector is an incredibly complicated beast and has a wealth of opportunity for improvement and it's something that impacts all of us every single day....It's not without it's challenges, so it's a really fascinating space to work in with huge opportunities!
When I'm not at work, I love to be outside, walking, gym-ing (technically inside...but outside the house!) and exploring the Somerset countryside where I live with my partner and our two ginger dogs (a.k.a. the Fluffy Red Devils) Hugo and Milo.
I've been offering mentoring to mentees in UX and Product Design over the past few years, so if you're at a crossroads in your career, need help with your goals or are just starting out - do reach out!

What mentees say
“Alice is great. She gave me precise and clear feedback even on open-ended questions that I had. Very approachable and encouraging. Highly recommended!”
“We spoke around the transition from senior to manager and discussed the opportunities that it brings, along with some issues that you might face in to. Alice was very curious about different approaches and wants to learn from other UX managers. If you're a manager and can spare some time I'd definitely recommend giving Alice a call.”
