I help creative and product teams figure out how to work better as they grow.

That usually means building the operational system — workflows, team rituals, culture the glue that keeps everything together when you go from 0 people to 200.

I've done this at European FinTech companies like Pleo and Osome. Before tech, I spent years producing cultural projects — managing operations for places like Carnegie Hall and the Bolshoi Theatre, coordinating across time zones and languages, making sure complex projects with dozens of stakeholders actually happened. That's where I learned that good operations is really about people, not just process.

Here's what I do:

• Operations & Systems Design: build the infrastructure teams need to scale without chaos. Workflows, project management, decision frameworks, the whole setup.

• Hands-On Production: lead teams and deliver campaigns, rebrands, product launches. I can design the system and run the projects.

• AI & Automation: help teams adopt AI in ways that actually make sense. Not just tools — how to use them, how to train people, how to measure if it's working.

• Culture & Community: build programs that keep distributed teams connected. Events, rituals, internal comms.

and I also help with communications and media: pitching stories, running social, building thought leadership.
