As a specialist UX Researcher at Try Consultancy, I spearhead comprehensive research initiatives, catering to esteemed clients such as Google, Indrive, Blablacar, Itaú, and more. My role encompasses:

- Strategic planning
- Recruitment oversight for interviews
- Moderation of in-depth interviews
- On-site ethnography
- Customer journey mapping
- Diary studies
- Quantitative and Qualitative analysis

In addition to crafting a tailored research plan, I adeptly select the most fitting methodologies for each project based on the unique requirements of our clients.

In my role, I've demonstrated a strong focus on leadership in research project management. I conducted user surveys to inform product backlog prioritization and established UX Research guidelines to empower product teams with the tools for high-quality, autonomous user research. My efforts in socializing research outcomes within Take Blip have not only enhanced cross-departmental relations but also enriched shared knowledge. Keeping abreast of conversational system trends, I've identified and facilitated the integration of new opportunities. As a strategic initiative leader in the company and R&D department, I served as a key reference for stakeholders. My interaction with multidisciplinary teams, including Product and Interaction Designers, Writers, and others, was pivotal in comprehensively understanding user needs and co-creating both product solutions and strategies for Take Blip.

At LOFT, I spearheaded user research initiatives, including contextual interviews, field studies, and usability tests, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. My responsibilities extended to documenting and presenting findings through live reports and co-creation workshops. I worked closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other key stakeholders to align our discovery and research efforts with the company's quarterly OKRs. Additionally, I collaborated with the Research Ops team, advocating for and enhancing research processes within our team. This role underscored my ability to lead and integrate diverse aspects of user research into actionable strategies.

As the only UX Research on the team, my role was help structuring a cross research team and its methodological bases within the Design area, having B2B end customers as external audiences and Product Designers and Managers as internal stakeholders
I established, together with the team, the process, documentation and scope of action for each member. I also performed and mentored research in order to promote insights that would serve not only the Design team but also other areas of the company.
