I was nominated to and took part in Dare, a CAE professional development program for women in leadership. Every year, 35 women (who have been nominated) from around the world are welcomed!
The program's goal is to inspire, prepare, and equip women in leadership positions to face obstacles and challenges in their careers.

Volunteer Mentor, CAE Imagine Global Hackathon 2022 - I had the privilege of serving as a volunteer mentor at CAE Imagine Global Hackathon 2022. I provided guidance and support to a team from a UX perspective, enabling them to conquer challenges and drive innovation.

At Manulife, I co-led the redesign of the Advisor Portal, the company’s largest website, used daily by advisors. This award-winning platform, with over 3,000 pages and 4,000 documents, was transformed to improve user experience and engagement. I also worked as part of the team on CoverMe, a major insurance product, contributing to its redesign.
