I am responsible for growing and scaling a Design team in Microsoft Bangalore for the Retail Industry cloud. Over the past year we have been building experiences for the retail industry.

Leading a team of 21 awesome designers and helping them take up complex healthcare design challenges.

I’m a member of the Stanford Crowd Research Collective, a worldwide group of researchers led by Michael Bernstein in Stanford CS, we are developing a crowdsourcing platform named as Deamo, I am working with researchers worldwide in building sustainable solutions and creating a journey map for the users. https://hci.stanford.edu/research/
