Throughout my career, I have built enterprise software, ERP platforms, IoT monitoring systems, and educational products while leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring developers, students, and future technical leaders.
My journey is unique because I combine hands-on software engineering with years of teaching and organizational leadership. I've managed teams of over 40 people, coached junior engineers into productive contributors, and helped hundreds of students develop practical technical skills.
