For the past 5+ years I've been a UX designer at Pixo— a web and software consultancy. My interest in UX came from years of watching people struggle with their digital environments, and a desire to make them more intuitive. My career path to UX had many trial and errors in other industries including industrial design and graphic design. Much of my work day includes facilitating discussions with stakeholders, strategizing and helping build shared understanding and vision for product roadmaps. I'm often conducting user research in industries like higher education and agriculture and can be found designing those experiences through wireframes and prototypes, working closely with engineers on defining the requirements and iterating on the product experience.
