• Women in Tech (30 min): I believe in sisterhood: in women supporting, encouraging and lifting each other up. This session is a safe, informal space for women in tech to talk about whatever is on their mind. • AI Concept & Solution Review (30 min): Bring your idea, architecture or existing implementation. We’ll stress-test it from a technical and practical perspective and identify what needs to change before you move forward. This session is ideal if you want to: - Validate the approach — does the proposed AI solution actually fit the problem? - Review the technical design — is the chosen architecture, model or AI approach appropriate? - Evaluate an existing solution — what is working, what isn't and why? - Identify risks and limitations — where could the solution fail in practice? - Challenge key assumptions — what might you be overlooking? - Make a decision — should you build, change, simplify or completely rethink the proposed solution? We can discuss any AI-powered applications, including questions around accuracy, hallucinations, evaluation, cost, latency, scalability and maintainability. • AI Strategy & Deep Dive (60 min): Not sure where AI could create real value, or what you should actually do next? This session is for broader AI questions that require exploration, strategic thinking and decision-making before you commit to a specific solution. We’ll start with your business, product or organizational challenge, identify the relevant opportunities, evaluate your options and work toward a clear direction. This session is ideal if you want to: - Develop an AI strategy aligned with your product, business, or organizational goals - Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility and risk - Determine where AI creates meaningful value and where it doesn't - Evaluate alternative approaches to a business or product challenge and determine the most effective path forward What you’ll get: a structured view of the problem, clarity on your options and priorities, an independent expert perspective, and a concrete direction for what to do next. This is a working session, not a presentation or generic AI consultation. We’ll use the hour to actively work through your specific situation.
