I have my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (the scientific study of work). Once I started working for corporations, I became fascinated with what makes customers fall in love with products and stay loyal to brands.
Most of my career I've worked on research to support HR programs, practices, and products, and began my formal UX research journey working at Instagram (on brand sentiment) after a career change from people research to UX. Combining both worlds is my current passion especially as people and teams have needed to rely on more digital tools to make a living.
