I'm a strategic Research & Design Leader with more than a decade of experience in the field of UX. Over the past 10+ years, I've managed dynamic and broadly skilled teams with expertise in UX & Service Design, Research, Customer Journeys, and Experience Strategy. In my current role, as Principal UX Research Manager at Microsoft, I lead a team of mixed methods researchers who generate insights that support human-centered and evidence-based decision making across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
