Profile includes Strategizing, Planning and Designing for the Lifestyle Products business, so as to offer a complete ensemble and  to widen the product offering of the brand... 
• Key role in introduction of Bags, Footwear and Personal Accessories in the current Product offerings
• Streamlined the Product Mix for accessories business by bringing separate lines for Fashion ranges (that goes as a part of Apparels Coordinate Range) and Core Products (sold independently as Lifestyle Merchandise)
• Supervision in Packaging, Value additions, & VM thematic Display as per the seasonal stories.
• Design & Merchandise selection & styling for Photo shoots, in association with Marketing.
• Launch of the first of its kind exclusive accessories store chain – Neckties & More…corporate identity design, exhibit display look and feel and the product mix for display.

Strategize & designs for all the 7 Fashion Seasons.Communicate  with internal departments & vendors to coordinate over all design effort in accordance with current trends and customer preference. Designed for all the major in-house labels of Pantaloons  & also for the other formats  like Big Bazaar, and Central.
Key Contributions:
• Created a separate Category for Lifestyle Accessories and Products within 2years, with a defined annual sales target.
• Provided exclusively designed products for each season, compared to the regular way of outsourcing the products off the shelf.
• Standardized and managed the product design process for faster churn-out of the concepts with increased accuracy in sampling.
• Taken initiatives in the areas of footwear, branding and tags design, introducing certain new product categories under the existing labels, thereby expanding the product mix for the brand.
• Have also designed for the Italian market, for UMM - an Italian Lifestyle Brand.
