**Tree Marketplace(Funding and Planting)**

My collaboration with Treejer spanned multiple stages:

1. Ideation:
   - During the ideation phase, I actively participated in shaping the initial product vision. We explored innovative ways to bridge real-world assets (such as trees and carbon) with blockchain technology.

2. MVP Development and Fundraising:
   - I played a pivotal role in developing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This included creating a web app for funders and implementing smart contracts for managing funds and minting NFTs. Collaborating closely with a frontend developer, we ensured seamless functionality.
   - Additionally, I contributed to defining the technical roadmap and overall vision for Treejer.

3. Team Building and Final Product Delivery:
   - As the team expanded, I led recruitment efforts. Our fully remote technical team comprised seven talented individuals.
   - We successfully delivered more than eight products, including:
     - Two smart contracts (one for the Treejer protocol core and another for Carbon Aggregator contracts) using Solidity, Truffle, and Hardhat frameworks.
     - Vue.js web applications for Tree funders and Tree Verifiers.
     - A React Native multi-platform app (web, Android, iOS) for Tree planters.
     - A Python application for generating Genesis NFTs.
     - Node.js scripts for administrative tasks and a Nest.js API.

4. Technical Leadership and Quality Assurance:
   - I mentored the Solidity team, conducting routine code reviews and security assessments. Our commitment to quality resulted in nearly 99% test coverage.
   - While actively contributing to Solidity development, I also supported the frontend and mobile teams in integrating Web3 technologies and managing documentation. Together, we ensured the successful delivery of final products.

5. Open Source Contributions:
   - Most of our products are open source, reflecting our commitment to community collaboration and transparency. 🌳🚀

**Crowdfunding Platform**

- Led a critical project at Ideahub, taking charge of spaghetti code and a Laravel framework.
- Expanded the team to four members, maintaining the existing product while enhancing the previous version with new features.
- Developed the new version using Laravel as an API and created the admin panel and crowdfunding web app with Vue.
- Successfully prepared and launched the new product within a tight deadline of less than 6 months.
- Mentored a junior developer on Laravel, overseeing the entire Laravel API and assisting the front-end team in integrating with the new API.

I led the development of a whitepaper and assembled a team to work on the project. However, we decided to stop the project as I believed it was too large for us to handle at that time.

**Event Marketplace**

As the Co-founder and CTO at Evand, I played a pivotal role in shaping and steering the company's technical landscape during its formative years. Here's a breakdown of my responsibilities and achievements:

- *Team Management:* Led and managed a dynamic technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- *Cross-functional Collaboration:* Worked seamlessly with other departments, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical aspects of the business.

- *Strategic Vision:* Established the technical vision and architecture for the Evand application, laying the groundwork for both current success and future scalability.

- *Investor Relations:* Engaged with investors to communicate the technical roadmap and garner support for the company's growth.

- *Innovative Ideation:* Actively participated in the ideation and founding of the company's products and business strategies.

- *Full Stack Oversight:* Took charge of all aspects of back-end development and DevOps, ensuring a robust and scalable infrastructure.

- *Scrum Mastery:* Assumed the role of Scrum Master, orchestrating agile methodologies for efficient project management and delivery.

- *Advisory Role:* Provided valuable technical advice in cross-functional team meetings, contributing to a holistic understanding of technology's role in achieving business goals.

In this role, I not only contributed to the technical excellence of Evand but also played a crucial part in its strategic development and growth.

**iOS App Store**

- Developed and implemented APIs
- Strengthened app infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Successfully prototyped and delivered the initial version within a challenging four-month timeframe.

**Event Marketplace**
- Successfully created an MVC system using our proprietary PHP framework and MySQL for efficient event management and attendee coordination.
- Demonstrated exceptional skills by delivering the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within a four-month timeframe.

** Social Nework **
- Developed restful API for a Social Network application using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database.
- Optimized MySQL database architecture for efficient data storage and retrieval:
  - Implemented indexing on frequently queried fields, reducing query execution time.
  - Utilized caching mechanisms to enhance data retrieval speed and reduce server load.
  - Normalized database schema for improved data integrity and minimized redundancy.
  - Decreased API response time by 30% through MySQL optimization.
- Implemented features to enhance user engagement and community building:
  - Integrated real-time notifications to keep users informed of relevant activities.
  - Developed a seamless user authentication system, ensuring secure and personalized experiences.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and designers.

**CMS Site Builder:**
Upon joining the team, I discovered a need for additional features in their existing CMS. Recognizing the absence of a structured project management system and methodology, I took the initiative to implement Scrum. Within three months, I successfully established and ran Scrum, contributing incremental features to their CMS built on Zend Framework and MySQL database.

**E-learning System**
I made contributions to the PHP codebase by incorporating small features. Notably, one of the implemented features is authentication using fingerprint recognition for the web app.

**Football Fan Social Network Project**
- Successfully built a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within a month using PHP and MySQL, featuring a user-friendly interface. Implemented a voting system where users could register with their email addresses and vote for their favorite teams. The project quickly gained traction, going viral and accumulating nearly 10,000 registered email addresses within a week.

**CMS and Website Builder | SMS Panel**
- Successfully created a CMS and delivered websites to clients, totaling six successfully completed projects.
- Designed and implemented an SMS panel, with over 300 satisfied customers utilizing its services.
