Working with engineers

I consistently leverage my real-world market experience to provide students with practical education, ensuring they are not only equipped with specialized skills but also prepared to enter the job market. I prioritize the development of their soft skills. As a result, many of my students are currently employed in both international and domestic companies, including Digikala, Snapp, Nobitex, ArvanCloud, and other prominent Iranian firms.

+ Conducted 40+ in-person training sessions, totaling 2500+ hours of instruction, in the fields of front-end and back-end programming. (HTML,CSS,Javascript,Bootstrap,NodeJS,Git,Scrum,Agile,Freelancing &...)
+ Conducted 10+ in-person courses on User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design

I have spearheaded an exceptionally creative team, consistently delivering high-quality projects on an international scale. Since the inception of our company, my dedicated efforts have been focused on nurturing the growth and expertise of professionals, enabling us to execute distinctive and unique projects. This commitment has led to an impressive 94% customer satisfaction rate. Notably, our success is reflected in acquiring projects solely through word-of-mouth referrals and testimonials from satisfied clients, attesting to the exceptional nature of our work without the need for formal advertising.

I led a team in one of Zilen projects, conducting a comprehensive two-month research initiative on the niche market of schools. Through user research involving teachers, students, families, and staff from approximately 60 schools with no prior digital presence, we analyzed the data and successfully equipped the first set of schools in Bushehr province with websites and digital culture, marking a pioneering achievement in the region.

My typical role at Zilen has involved leading projects of this nature, working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful execution.

+ Worked on over 10 million nationwide data records.
+ Designing a proprietary library for Front-End software development.

+ HospitalKiosk: I served as the innovator and principal designer of a groundbreaking medical intelligence system at StilaTech. As the software team manager, I led the execution of a design that resulted in a 60% reduction in workload for front-desk operations and information sections at the specialized Qom hospital. This initiative not only enhanced operational efficiency but also significantly increased patient satisfaction.

+ CityKiosk: Innovated and spearheaded the creation of Iran's inaugural intelligent urban kiosk system, leading the conceptualization and serving as the principal designer within the company. As the visionary behind this groundbreaking project, I managed the software engineering team, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge touch technology. Named 'CityKiosk,' this initiative was commissioned by the Iranian government, marking a significant milestone as the first-of-its-kind in the country.

AirKiosk: Innovation, design, and management of a software team for the development of the first airport kiosks in Iran at Bushehr International Airport.
